Before anything else, review your Schedule of Insurance and policy to ensure that what you're claiming for is covered.

All InsuraWedding claims are handled by Acasta Europe Ltd., the insurer's intermediary in the UK and we refer to them as the Claims Handlers.

When to Contact: 

You should get in touch with the Claims Handlers as soon as you become aware of any circumstances that might lead to a claim.

You must contact them within 31 days of becoming aware of the circumstances, or within 48 hours for claims under section 4 related to damage to the wedding cake.
