Make a Claim

This is a summary of initial contact details for making a claim. For more details please refer to your policy wording. 

First, check your Schedule of Insurance and your policy to make sure that what you are claiming for is covered.

For All Single Trip and Annual Multi-Trip Policies Sections

The easiest way to make a claim is online at www.imglobal.com/member/assistance/claims. The process should take 10-15 minutes to complete depending on the type of claim.

Please ensure you have your policy certificate, trip dates, supporting documentation, and details of the incident before starting your claim.
